REVACIO®LID film is a excellent oxygen and water vapor barrier film, can used for a number of things, including Map lid film, thermoforming lid film, other tray lid film, pouch film, protect film. with excellent easy peel, high transparency, high gloss, no drip, no heat shrink folds, excellent processability. It contains high barrier material which is EVOH to expend self life of food. Sealant to tray of PE, EVA coated or coatless PP, PET, PE, EVA, ALUMINUM, PAPER, PS,PVC tray.

REVACIO®LID films does not use harmful substance in all layer because it's maybe harmful to human body, and obey to comply with regulation of Food Safety Law of countries of the world., including Korea, U.S.A., Japan, EU,. etc.

**We do not use EVA (ethylene vinyl acetate) material in food contact layer (sealing layer) for human Health, for using microwave oven or high heat cooking utensils. We have been used raw material which is approved by Food and Drug Administration of each country in the world.

3. The most important characteristics of REVACIO®LID

• High tensile strength and low shrink rate (2%~3%), excellent cutting line (low shrink)

• No inflating film under put in gas (high tensile strength, low shrink rate)       

• Excellent transparency and excellent easy peel function, high seal strength on tray

• Direct seal to PET tray, PAPER tray

• Excellent oxygen and water vapor barrier function, high surface strength, gloss

• Using microwave oven, multi-color print

• Seal strength won't come off in cold temperature, for example refrigerator, ice box
