REVACIO®DL 薄膜是为阻止在热成型作业过程中高温杀菌后发生的热成型多层薄膜弯曲打卷(Curling)现象在热成型薄膜上进行CPP薄膜吹风热合或采用Extrude方式进行叠层时使用的热成型膜的BASE膜。

REVACIO®DL 薄膜使用特殊尼龙 (Special Polyamide)，考虑叠层作业性，具有高的电晕达因(Corona Dyne)，优秀的透明性、光泽性、作业性及易揭性能。

REVACIO®DL 薄膜厚度在 50um~25um，很薄的厚度也可以进行充分的深度成形，与在低温、潮湿的冰箱等环境下阻隔性降低的薄膜不同，具有优秀的氧气、水蒸气阻隔性能。

REVACIO®DL 薄膜未使用对人体有害或可能有害的原料，在与食品接触面仅使用世界各国食品医学规定及法令承认的原料，只使用在微波炉等高温加热料理工具工作下也安全的原料。

1. 薄膜可生产的宽度和厚度(Film Width and Thickness (production possibility)

• 宽度(Width): 150mm~1200mm(EPL, NON-EPL)

• 厚度(Thickness): 30um~250um

• 标准厚度(Standard): 50um~90um

2. REVACIO®DL 薄膜的使用用途 (Application For REVACIO®DL)

• 为了防止高温杀菌后包装的薄膜发生弯曲打卷的컬링 (Curling)现象，在CPP

薄膜吹风热合或采用 Extrude 方式时使用的热成型膜的 BASE膜

• 使用满足世界各国食品医药品管理局基准的原料，可以使用微波炉。
