REVACIO®SPA 贴体膜采用德国和美国尖端原材料和技术研制。 具有优异的易揭性(Easy PeelFunction)、高透明度和高光泽性。使用可提高食品的贮存性(Self Life)的特殊尼龙(Special Polyamide),有效保持食品的新鲜度。使用特殊工艺具有耐高温(240℃)性能,具有良好的延伸率,与有骨头的包装物或非常硬且尖锐的食品(鱼类)以及加工食品也可完美适用。
REVACIO®SPA 贴体膜使用特殊尼龙(Special Polyamide),与不使用尼龙的产品不同,具有充分抗拉强度,使用60um厚度薄膜即可充分进行贴体作业,厚度的降低导致价格的节省。且未使用具有亲水性的热封层(接触层),在贴体作业后冷藏、冷冻保管状态下也不会发生贴体粘合力下降导致的起皮(Drip)现象,微波炉加热时绝不会产生食醋气味(Ethylene Vinyl Odor)。 而且加热板上不会发生薄膜粘附现象,高温下几乎不会发生薄膜收缩所引发的热皱现象,贴体作业后薄膜切口(Cutting)处理非常好。是连续作业性非常优秀的产品。
REVACIO®SPA 贴体膜使用多功能热封层,无需在贴体盒上涂布EVA或PE。即可直接和 PP、PET、PE、EVA、PS、PVC、ALUMINUM和纸实现易揭贴体,贴体盒可再利用,是兼顾缩减费用和环境问题所开发的产品。
REVACIO®SPA 贴体膜在食品接触层未使用 EVA (Ethylene Vinyl Acetate)。
REVACIO®SPA 贴体膜未使用对人体有害或可能有害的原料,在与食品接触面仅使用世界各国食品医学规定及法令承认的原料,使用在微波炉等高温加热料理工具工作下也安全的原料。

3. The most important characteristics of REVACIO®SPA
• High tensile strength and good elongation(mid-soft), miniature drip, excellent cutting, excellent heat stability,
• Excellent oxygen and water vapor barrier function
• High transparency and high seal strength on tray
• Work at low temperature in skin machine
• Do not use EVA in food contact layer for using microwave oven
• Use pe,eva coated tray or coatless of pp tray, pet tray, aluminum tray, ps tray, paper tray
• Seal strength won't come off in cold temperature, for example refrigerator, ice box
• Using approved raw material for microwave oven, by Food and Drug Administration of each country in the world, including U.S.A., EU, Japan., ect.
